Conveyor & Pipeline Enclosures

Alaska Structures (AKS) has been providing conveyor and pipeline enclosures at locations around the world for 38 years.  Our fabric structures are used for overland conveyor systems, portable conveyor systems, and bulk handling conveyor systems. We provide conveyor enclosures from 4 ft. wide and larger, and we can provide them in any length. In 1991, Alaska Structures provided the conveyor enclosure above the Arctic Circle at the Red Dog Mine port. It was over a mile long! This is the longest fabric building in the world!

Are you running your conveyor into a concentrate storage building? AKS can provide your concentrate storage building with a provision for conveyor access points into your concentrate storage area.

Are environmental issues a concern? Alaska Structures has maximized productivity preventing shutdowns on sites and replacing conventional construction (metal and steel buildings) that were unable to meet severe winds and snow loads or the corrosive environment. Do you need to regulate the temperature inside your conveyor enclosure? AKS can provide a temperature-controlled environment or simply provide a solution that naturally cools rather than heats your conveyor.

Are you concerned about burdensome labor costs for construction? Do you want to maximize your meters per day or feet per day? AKS Conveyor Systems are erected with minimal equipment, personnel and on average cut labor costs and time of construction by up to 50% and greater.

We replace more traditional metal-tin and wood buildings with our AKS Conveyor Enclosure Systems to make our customers more profitable on their projects.

AKS Pipeline Enclosures are used for many different applications. Pump stations, pipeline survey facilities, warehouses, grind and inject facilities, above ground pipeline enclosures, below ground pipeline enclosures, vehicle maintenance buildings, pigging enclosures, emergency response shelters, camps, and offices.
