Our C.E.O. has always said "people who have the greatest love are always the hardest workers". After being here for 9 years now I understand why he says this. Every day people in this business are trying to make each other succeed and trying to make their customers succeed before they focus on their own success. Most companies talk about sales and how important they are but Alaska Structures has taken that to the next level. Our sales people work with a team that is committed to making them as effective and successful as possible. Ultimately regardless of your position or title if you aren't a salesperson, you are supporting the sales team because their success is the success of the company! I have done sales for other companies and have never worked in a more supportive environment and I have yet to meet any other sales professionals who receive the level of training, leadership and support that we do here.

Working for Alaska Structures provides me with the opportunity to employ training and experience that I spent my whole adult life acquiring in the military. Alaska Structures and specifically within my division (BLU-MED Response Systems) not only allows me to earn a good living but also provides me the chance to travel through out the world and use my talents. Accomplishing my job within BLU-MED often results in providing a very much needed service in remote parts of the world that make a difference to populations in severe circumstance. This is very rewarding for me.

My position within the BLU-MED Division has enabled me to see interesting parts of the world that few people are able to experience. While doing my work, I also get the chance to help those truly in need.
